Rachel’s practice focuses on the representation of healthcare professionals as well as hospitals and other medical facilities in medical malpractice actions in Washington and Oregon.  She also advises and defends healthcare professionals in licensing matters and disciplinary proceedings. In addition, Rachel has extensive experience defending her clients in actions involving premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, construction defect, and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining BB&L, Rachel began and developed her career at other premier Pacific Northwest civil-litigation defense firms, where she handled a large and varied caseload. There, she represented healthcare professionals and medical facilities in medical malpractice and class actions. She has also represented individuals and entities in commercial litigation and general liability matters, including those involving catastrophic loss.

Rachel is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon.
