For over 36 Years, Katharine Brindley has built a successful trial practice defending healthcare clients in medical malpractice matters and disciplinary issues. She has a statewide reputation for successfully representing clients in lawsuits, arbitrations hearings, and before administrative and disciplinary boards.

With Katharine’s previous career and background in registered nursing, she is uniquely prepared to handle a wide variety of medical issues. She regularly works with specialists in all areas of medicine and surgery. Katharine frequently serves as a guest speaker at nursing schools in the Puget Sound area; she regularly works with local hospitals on risk management issues and healthcare business transactions.

Katharine is licensed in Washington and Idaho. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Washington Defense Trial Lawyers, Washington Society of Health Care Attorneys, and Washington Health Care Risk Management Society (WHCRMS). Katharine is a Past President of Washington Women Lawyers and served on the Board of Advisors, Gonzaga University Law School, and Board Member, Providence Hospice of Seattle.
