Erica M. Roberts

Of Counsel

Erica’s practice focuses on the defense of hospitals, physicians, and other providers against claims of medical negligence. She also represents physicians and other providers before administrative and disciplinary boards. In addition, she advises and defends hospitals in credentialing and medical staff privileges matters. Erica has experience in all aspects of medical negligence litigation, including jury trials. In addition to trial practice, Erica has successfully briefed and argued appellate matters in the Washington State Court of Appeals. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a ‘Rising Star’ every year since 2017.

Erica received her undergraduate education from Willamette University. She then attended the University of Chicago Law School. Following law school, Erica clerked for Justice Jim Johnson and Chief Justice Barbara Madsen of the Washington State Supreme Court.

Erica is licensed to practice in Washington and Idaho.
